What Causes Pain In Lower Part Of The Ribs And Indigestion ?
I am having pain at the lower part of my ribs on my right side but it isn't my ribs. I have fullness & indigestion. When I was at the chiropractor this week, my pulse was running around 100 to 110 but my blood pressure was 122/84. I am 39, 5'2" & weight 118 lbs. I have had an abdominal ultrasound about 3 months ago for this same pain & my doctor reported everything looked normal. History: both parents have high blood pressure, grandmother died from lung & adrenal cancer & other grandmother had abdominal aortic aneurism.

I really appreciate your concern, I had gone through the history given here and I could say that the symptoms that you have could be due to acid peptic disease.
I actually treat such cases with PPI (Proton pump inhibitor) and the best drug is Omeprazole 40 mg once in day, blood pressure and the pulse rate nothing to do anything with this, ideally it has to be read by doctor because clinical condition or finding that all needed to be correlated with each others of course you can discuss this with your physician at the time of clinical examination. No need to worry about the family history because it is also not being correlated with the symptoms that you have.
