What Causes Pain In Lower Left Back Muscle After Using Heat Pads?
I have pain in my lower left back muscle and unable to raise my left leg. I used heat pads on my back designd to help keep me warm while hunting. After 3 days use, my back started bothering me. Used heat first couple of days and then ice. I have been taking alieve. Have felt some relief but still painful after 5 days
