Pain in lowet back radiating to testicals is s radiation of pain. You have lumbago causing pain in testicals due to radiation. You have inflamation in the lower thoracic and upper lumber vertebre and nerves supplying the testicals are compresed that gives pain in lower back and in testicals. If such a patient comes to me i will advise him to have an xray done to see is it disc prolapse. With due regards your wife is right as ladies are always right.
