What Causes Pain In Lower Abdomen And Inflammation Of Urinary Tract?

Dear Dr. I have got my mothers Urine Routine examination report today which contains pus cell of range 10-15 WBC/HPF and Epithelial Cell ++ ( in fair numbers ). Dr advised us to do her urine culture test which actualy takes 72 hrs and also adviced to take Murtifur 100g thrice daily till the urine culture report to come. My mother had a censation of buring in urinary track and lower abdominal pain with fever of 99 - 100.2 °F. My mother is not dibetic .Her age is 53 years. She has asthama and osteo artharities in his knee joint.please help what to do now
