What Causes Pain In Lower Abdomen And Back?
I have a lot of low (well below he belly button0 pain. It gets quite intense at times. Lots of gas, belching,and flatulence. sometimes it does not matter what I eat or drink. ate some watermelon this afternoon and had the pain. at times my lower back also hurts.

U need to get complete work up done to rule out exact cause of your pain.
