First know that if you had unprotected sex, then you have no ways to know if any sperm has gone inside. Even the pre-ejaculatory fluid can contain sperms in small number. So she might need the emergency contraceptive pill to prevent pregnancy. If you want to prevent pregnancy, try not to have unprotected sex. Or start Oral Contraceptive pills after a gynecology consultation. But the pain that your GF experienced seems to be unrelated to your sperm. It might be from something else. Please get it checked if the pain persists or she has any other symptom. Good day.
