Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Dear patient
Pain of this kind can only be explained by L2 and L3 nerve root compression at vertebral level. Are you experiencing back pain? Have you lifted heavy weight before symptoms start? If yes then possibility of nerve compression due to disc prolapse increases. So I would advise MRI of lumbosacral spine with screening of whole spine to confirm diagnosis. You can consult expert spine surgeon after report.
