What Causes Pain In Knee And Shoulder While On Medication For Chronic Urticaria?

I am suffering from chronic urticaria since last 3 years. In the initial phases i had several episodes of angio edema as well. Now I have to take allegra evedry alternate day. About six months back my TSH level was high and undergoing treatment for same. I am also suffering from knee pain for last 3-4 years. recently i have developed shoulder pain which is persisting since last 2 months. I want to know if I am suffering form auto immune disorder. How to confirm this and what diagnostic test/ treatment is required.

I really appreciate your concern, idiopathic urticaria may the reason, you have not mentioned your age and gender here else something else could have been thought still better to get done the blood glucose test, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day
