What Causes Pain In Jaw And Feeling Of Pulse When I Palpate?

The past week I thought I had a sinus infection or a bad cold. I've had a cough, runny\stuffy nose, very sore throat, headaches and sore mm. The weird symptoms are that I am so thirsty all the time. I've increased my fluid intake by 50% because I just can't seem to get enough water. The last thing that is bugging me is a pain alone the right side of my jaw and when I palpate, I can feel a pulse, so I thing its a vein. Any ideas on whats going on? I'm sure its nothing, but its good to get an opinion. Thank you so much!

Can understand your concern..

As per you complain all the symptoms that you have explained shows that you have a moderate to severe viral infection leading to the inflammation and causing you the following symptoms and it can lead to pain and discomfort in jaw and pulsation in vein can occur as a result of infection..

It can be nothing serious and as the infection will subside the pulsation and jaw tenderness will also be reduced..
