Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I have pain in my right hip and a worse pain in just above my ankle. This occurs when sitting and less frequently when laying down. I have not to the best of my knowledge been injured and until prior to this worked out 3 tines a week at the gym. I am 64 years old. Typically when walking the discomfort is much better and not really noticeable.
HI Well come to HCM I really appreciate your concern, looking to the history given here I could say that it could be due to some sciatica related pain you need to maintain good posture all along the way, physiotherapy can be tired, but important to get done the MRI to confirmed the diagnosis, else this is nothing to worry, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
