I m having left heel pain and today every time I took a step with the left leg a sharp pain shot up into my left hip... Almost had me in tears. I work in the fast food industry and wasn t able to sit... But ive been having problems wit my legs quite often here lately. 33 yr old black female approximately 260 lbs and I m 5 7

A physical examination by an orthopedic doctor may be in order, but before that please try to get a few investigations conducted like an X-ray of the affected limb (the foot region), blood tests which include RA factor, ESR, serum uric acid, etc.
For now, try to rest and avoid weight bearing. Change your diet if it includes a lot of meat and sugar consumption on a daily basis.
