What Causes Pain In Heart And Left Arm?

Hi. I m 32 yrs old girl. I m having pain in heart, right lower arm, left upper arm, left leg, stomach. Also i m having trouble in bowel movement,need to go lot for urine passing nd my both legs pain. My stomach is bloated a lot, i always feel full . cannt eat more as i used to eat in past, there is burning sensation after bowel movement. Pl. Advise me wat can i possibly have.

Hi welcome to HCM,
Your symptoms are suggestive of Irritable bowel syndrome..Get investigations like Ultrasound abdomen,complete blood counts,urine culture and sensitivity,stool culture to confirm the diagnosis.Drugs like antacids,anti spasmodics,stool softeners,syp.aristozyme and a course of antibiotics.Drink 3-4 litres of water per day.Avoid spicy foods,coffee.Take high fibre diet,fruits,oats,juices regularly.Also avoid straining of stool.Exercise regularly.Per digital rectal examination by your surgeon to look for hemorrhoids is beneficial.Consult your doctor for expert management.
