What Causes Pain In Groin Area?

I'm 15 years old and I've been having pains in my ovaries or near there. Sometimes it's my left side that hurts, sometimes it's my right side and sometimes it's both. It makes it so I can barely move and it kind of goes away if I sit for a few minutes. My mom says it's probably something to do with periods or cramps from working out but it happens when I'm not on my period too and it happens even when I'm not working out. I know what period cramps and work out cramps feel like and this isn't it. Any ideas on what it could be?

Hi,
I can understand your concerns. I would advise you to get a sonography done as your pain could be due to other reasons apart from ovaries. Feel free to contact us for further queries.
