General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

There are 2 possible explanations for this pain. The first would involve the sinuses. some people are prone to sinus inflammation and this causes forehead pain.

There was at least some sinus inflammation last time because the medicines, which presumably treated inflamed sinuses, worked.
the another possibility is tension, as you say. For this type of problem, we would need a neurologist.

I believe the main reason for the pain is sinuses. My recommendation is to revisit the ENT and have him prescribe whatever treatment he deems appropriate.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Ivan R. Rommstein, General Surgeon
