What Causes Pain In Eyes While Sleeping?

I have a sharp pain in right eye when i sleep. It goes away after some time after waking up and sitting. What s the problem? 2 weeks ago I was on a 30 day trial with Cialis for the ED but i stopped using it after 3 days when i started having headache and joint pains and diarrhea. Could there be a link?
