hi dear
your getting worried is absolutely justified

there aRE TWO REASONS FOR CONCERN :
1 this stye could be an infectious potential for an eye which is in the healing phase
2 steroids might aggravate the lid problem
3 please get your blood sugar levels also repeated

you might need a broad spectrum antibiotic orally and an added antibiotic eye drop for your eyes

good luck
