Hello

I have gone through your query regarding recurrence of pain in ear even after reconstructive ear surgery. These type of situation sometimes happens and the possible causes are-

1- Recurrence of previous pathology like chloesteatoma etc.

2- Eustachian tube dysfunction.

3- Otitis exrena like otomycosis.

4- Impacted wax with infection.

Here my suggestion is to consult your ENT doctor for proper treatment and to avoid complications.

Regards.
