What Causes Pain In Clitoris After Giving Birth?

I gave birth 1 month ago and my clitoris has been very painful ever since. Its hurts when I change positions going from sitting to standing or laying down. However the worst pain is after I have a bowel movement and no I m not straining or pushing.. and anytime my husband makes me few even slightly aroused ( not by directly stimulating my clitoris ) please help i m so frustrated I have consulted with my midwives and I ve tried what they suggested which was taking frequent baths with Epsom salts and taking the herbal supplement arnica what else can I do

Hi, I think you should get yourself examined by a gynecologist. There may be some wound around the clitoris. You may need some antibiotic ointments. Hope it helps.
