What Causes Pain In Chest With Foaming In Mouth?

my grandfather was complaining with his chest. he sat down in chair and he started foaming out the mouth and his eyes rolled in back of his head and he was shaking all over then went totally limp and not responsive. then a few minutes he came to and was throwing up over and over. will not go to hospital. today he has felt fine he said.

Hello madam/sir, with your brief history we need to rule out angina. As u said he is ok after that , probably because of unstable angina. Even gastritis will also present like that. Because of his age we need to rule out MI. You better get done further cardiac work up like ecg, tmt, trop c, to be in the safer side. Thank you..
