Hello,

The tightness of the chest is a symptom associated with Lexapro. I would say that if you think these problem pains are related to Lexapro you should report them to your doctor who may want to change your medication. The pain may not be related to Lexapro but the doctor can't determine that if he doesn't know about it. And, you don't want to let chest pains go without reporting them to your doctor for further assessment.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
