What Causes Pain In Chest And Abdomen With Burning?

hi,my name's Raoul,i'm 13 years old,since last wednesday my stomach hurts and since yesterday my chest hurts,it's like burning,near my heart does hurt too!can a 13 year old kid get a heart attack?I hope not,i never had problems with heart!It would be nice from you,if you could answer and help me,how to cure it!

Hello,

This is in relation with gastritis issue, not heart condition for sure.

Primary tips for better outcome are:

- Consume more liquids
- Prefer soft, light diet
- Avoid spices, non-veg, oily, and dairy fat
- Regular walking in fresh air, exercises, and Yoga
- Avoid stress and anxiety
- Manage to have regular sound sleep of 7 to 8 hours
- Intake of Antacid as Ranitidine medicine, morning and evening with sips of water on empty stomach helps great.
