What Causes Pain In Chest Along With Shortness Of Breath And Tiredness?
I am 22 years old and have been chewing tobacco for about 10 years, here recently I have been experiencing left side chest pain and shortness of breathe and hard to inhale, and while I am experiencing these symptoms if u will I feel tired, drained and sick.

1) as you area smoker for 10 years - you have to consult a cardiologist and get the ECG done to r/o any cardiac problem
2) do you have any tensions or problems ? that could be another cause.
3) any drug abuse you have ? that could be the cause.
