What Causes Pain In Calf Post Partial Oophorectomy Surgery?
Dear Dr. Herrick, my wife had a partial oophorectomy three months ago. She was in sound health after that. Since a couple of days, she compains of a pain in the left calf particularly when she bends the leg and when she stands up. what could be the cause please.
Hi Welcome to healhcaremagic After going through your query I concluded that your wife is having vitamin deficiencies. So vitamin D3 and vitamin B12 levels can be of use. You can take EvionLC and calcium supplements for it. Analgesic such as ibuprofen are useful for pain relief. She should also check for hormones as you got oophorectomy done. You can discuss your doctor about it. Hope your query get answered. If you have any clarification then please don't hesitate to write to us. I will be happy to answer your queries.
