What Causes Pain In Calf Post Partial Oophorectomy Surgery?

Dear Dr. Herrick, my wife had a partial oophorectomy three months ago. She was in sound health after that. Since a couple of days, she compains of a pain in the left calf particularly when she bends the leg and when she stands up. what could be the cause please.
