What Causes Pain In Between The Ribs In Case Of Gastric Ulcer?

Hi, I been having a pain in between my ribs on the right side and around my back on the right )Is in the middle of my back). Two days ago I had to go to the emergency room because I had severe pain and threw up more than 10 times. They told me is an ulcer or i have a digestive problem. But why does it still hurt everytime I move?

Hi. welcome to hcm. you may be having peptic ulcer. when the ulcer is on back side of stomach patient gets referred pain to back and sometimes to the chest. But you should confirm this by doing endoscopy at list once and one chest X ray to rule out chest problem.
