What Causes Pain In Back Of Legs/thighs And Dizziness?

Hello, I am a 25 year old male. I have been experiencing some tense pains in my inner thighs (near groin area). It is not everyday but still lingering. Also, I every couple of months I do feel a pain in the back of legs like muscle pain (I did an MRI for my lower Spine and nothing was found). A Dr. Told me it could be stress and that the quads can at times tense up. Another symptom I have been experience are dizzy spells (like once a day) it last 15 seconds but it feels as though my head is light and my vision is not blurry but still light. I do see clearly just weird. What do you think it may be? I am a teacher and I do stand a lot throughout the day. And I am hypoglycemic, I have been taking proglycem 200mg morning and 100 mg at night since I was born. Thank you, I tried to give you as much detail as possible. I am becoming semi-hypochondriac with this stuff hehe.

Hi,Thanks for your query. After going through your query I think you are having some tense pains in inner thighs and back of leg pains . In my opinion these pains are likely to be due to vitamins and trace element deficiency specially that of vitamin D.I will suggest you to got following test to see cause .1.Serum Vitamin D2.Serum Vitamin B12 3.Blood sugar fasting and PP4.T3,T4,TSH. Furthermore I empirically treat my such patients by: 1.EVION LC2.VITAMINE D3(if it is low)3.VITAMIN B COMPLEX AND VITAMIN C 4.CALCIUM5.Mecobalmine 6.ANALGESICS such as ibuprofen to relive pain. This may be due to anxiety component for which anxiolytic such as alprazolam can be taken. You can discuss with your treating Doctor about it.Hope I have answered your query. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help.Wishing you good health.Take care .
