What Causes Pain In Back Of Head?

hello, so I ve been having these sharp stabbing like feel in the back right side of my head and it is always random and I went to the doctor and he have me baclofen saying it was my muscle spasming but I ve taken these pills for a week and there has been no change and I am very confused since I am only 16. Any suggestions will help

During that visit, you may have blood drawn and special x-rays taken to determine the cause of these headaches.Common causes are:Cervicogenic Headache,(This pain is typically located on just one side and may radiate around the side of the head and into the forehead),Occipital Neuralgia( Often occurring on one side, this sharp pain may radiate to the top of your head),Migraine( Often, these people will also have neck pain which can be treated to relieve some of the symptoms associated with the migraine.),Cluster Headache
(Cluster headaches are a type of migraine that can be located anywhere in the head)etc.The treatments for these conditions will vary depending on the cause. Some of the causes will require medical treatment while others can be treated with home remedies or lifestyle changes. you may have blood drawn and special x-rays taken to determine the cause of your headaches
