What Causes Pain In Back And Sides Of Legs?

I have pain going down the back or sides of my legs… More where my saddlebags are. It comes and goes, but I only feel when I m on my feet when trying to walk and or exercise. Almost like a shooting pain of fire, definitely not muscle related. I work out regularly and have done so for 50 years…

Your symptoms are in favour of lumbar spondylosis. You should consult orthopedician till then stop exercise . do exercise advice by doctor only.
