Hi,

You need electrolyte levels, hco3, sodium, potassium, or just drink coconut water, see if they are immediately relieved upon drinking it. It may be UTI related, you need antibiotic susceptibility test and urine culture. Take a full course of antibiotics! Breathing exercises helps to prevent relapse or recurrence, you can add this in your regime too.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
