Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history and understood your concerns.
It is not at all common for
indigestion to be accompanied by pain in the right arm in the biceps region.
I would advise you the following in such a situation:
Stop drinking Soda as it is causing you pain in abdomen.
Take a PPI like
Omeprazole so that anything related to
hyperacidity will be controlled.
Go for Upper GI Endoscopy so that a proper diagnosis can be done.
If needed, take antacids too particularly when on empty stomach.
Pain in the biceps on right side on drinking Soda is not possible to be explained but the most probable diagnosis can be
esophagitis that causes reflex pain in the neck causing muscles to go into spasm and thus right biceps pain.
Another possibility is that right biceps already has a focus of inflammation that can be enhanced by something in Soda that you are taking. Get examined for the right biceps, get high resolution
ultrasonography and color doppler of the affected area so that a proper diagnosis can be made and treated.
It is better to rule out sarcoma in such a case.
