What Causes Pain In Ankles And Headaches?

Yes, I am 46 years old and broke my ankle about ten years ago, so I have plates and screws on my right side. I ve notice lately that my ankle and both knees are constantly aching. I am also dealing with horrible headaches everyday and I m not sure what s causing them. I m just wondering if this is an early onset of arthritis or if there is enough concern to go to the doctor. I ve been having extreme headaches for the past three months though and aspirin and aleve do no seem to help.

Hi you should definitely go to the doctor. The plates may be irritating and causing local inflammation and may need reviewing.
