Hello,
Welcome to Health Care Magic. I have gone through your query and I understand your concern.
With such a presentation in my clinic, I would suspect for an
anal fissure. It is characterized as a knife-like pain when you have your bowels open, and which may last for 10–15 minutes afterwards. Often it is described as like ‘passing glass’.
An anal fissure is a split in the anal skin, just inside the anus, usually towards the back. The pain of an anal fissure feels like being cut with knife when you have your bowels open and afterwards. It is worse when you have had a hard bowel motion.
I would like to calm you down because, although it is horribly painful, it is not a dangerous condition.
I would recommend you to avoid
constipation – this is very important. Keep your faeces soft by eating lots of fibers like fruit and vegetables.
Hope I answered to your question. For further concerns, don't hesitate to ask again.
Take Care,
Dr. Ina Zaimi
