What Causes Pain In Abdomen?

hi, i am having stomach ache. if i stand erect pain goes up and if i bend a little pain will go down. and am getting too tired as compared to other days during evening. i have consulted doctors, did a scan and all was perfect and normal. but still my pain persists..

hi..thanks for sharing your problem here...
there are different causes of abdominal pain...different pain have different characteristic...also i want to know the associated features with this pain like fever,nausea,vomiting,bloating etc,,if fever is there then this goes towards some infection like typhoid or gastroenteritis, ...if the pain is in the epigastrim it may be due to stomach or duodenal ulcer,,,for which you should use omeprazole 40 mg at night for 14 days before meal..but again i will say that complete history is very important...if i can have this i can suggest more exactly...don't hesitate to ask again...thanks
