What Causes Pain In Abdomen With Blood In Stools?

Hi, iv had abdomanal pain recently and i am waitin on a letter to come to have the camera put into my stomach to see wats causin it i have had little chest pain lasts for a split secont from this morning i have been bleeding when i pee and its just when i wipe myself its a bright red colour,,can anyone give me a bit of info,,jenny 23

Dear Jenny, don't worry but which part of the abdomen your getting pain??

Many reasons for pain abdomen but most common causes are acute Gastritis or gastroentritis or peptic ulcer disease etc..

Blood in stools may be due to hemorrhoid or fissure or fistula etc..

Avoid spicy food and alcohol avoid caffeinated drinks. Use high fibre diet and regular exercise.

If symptoms not improved please consult your physician he will examine and treat you accordingly.
