What Causes Pain In Abdomen Radiating Towards Pubic Bone?

I keep having extremely bad pain in my tummy all the way to my pubic bone. When I have a bm they are never normal, usually look like a turd but they do not stick together just fall apart. I always have mucus and or what looks like skin or condom pieces. Sometimes it looks like it could have some blood on the skin stuff or just in it what is wrong with me and why so much bad pain

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have pain in abdomen radiating towards pubic bone . Well the symptoms you mention in query can occur due to many reasons like adenomyosis , endometriosis , ovarian cysts , pelvic inflammatory disease , appendicitis , crohn's disease , diverticulitis , inguinal hernia , kidney stones and prostatitis . I would suggest you to consult general surgeon for proper examination . Doctor may order X-ray , ultrasound along with physical examination by palpating the area of tenderness . Doctor may also refer you to gastroenterologist if the symptoms will be related with gastric problem . For now take ibuprofen or acetaminophen for pain and eat light .
