What Causes Pain In Abdomen And Groin Post Placement Of Pacemaker?

1. Atrial fibrillation for 6months, cardioversions to many to count- done in ER. 2. Had a TEE in July in operating room-found thrombus in my heart. Out of O.R-signed consent for pacemaker-All in July 3. Now ablation to all 4 veins-intubated for 4hours. Discharged to home next day . 4. Flu like symptoms, elevated temp-admitted to hospital DX: Healthcare Pneumonia-Vancomyacin and Soszyn IV for 48 hours, oral antibiotic-Levoquin 5 day course. 5. Right abdomen at waist to groin remains painful 16 days post op??? No fever, bowel and bladder habits normal.

I really appreciate your concern, if it is the asymptomatic condition right now then it is nothing to worry, it may not be in bacterial infection but it could be viral infection, old history nothing to do anything with fever, even complain of abdomen pain could be nonspecific hope this information helps.
