Physical Therapist or Physiotherapist, Harsh Swarup's Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
Radiating pain in leg may be attributed to sciatica where nerves are impinged in between their route. Try having some physiotherapy done and exercises do help. Don't do extreme range of movements at knee or hip. And use lumber corset while travelling. It will surely help in the condition.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards, Dr. Harsh Swarup
