What Causes Pain From Lower Back To Leg And Low Grade Fever?

Hi, I ve been having this lower right back pain for four days now. I have a low grade fever and i urinate often during night time. It feels like something is stucked in my back right under the rib cage. The pain now spreads to the upper portion of my back and to my legs.

I think you are having infection of either urinary tract or in kidney. This is causing pain in the flank region with burning urination and fever. I would suggest you to get following investigations.
1. CRP, ESR, WBC
2. Ultrasound of the kidney
3. Urine routine and culture
these three tests will help us in confirming our diagnosis. it should be done as early as possible. If there is any sign suggestive of infection then I would recommend you to start antibiotics as early as possible. Some time it can be serious problem so do not delay this. Drink plenty of fluid and also take potassium citrate after discussing with your doctor.
