What Causes Pain During Urination?

It started last night and after I peed it hurt like right as I got done using the bathroom and this morning I peed and there was blood (I haven t had a period since February I have nexplanon). I held a piece of toilet tissue in place to see if there was a specific spot I was bleeding and when I put it there it felt like I had a cut in the vagina and I m curious as to of why I m bleeding and why it burns like it does

Thanks for using HCM. I understand your concern.
Pain.. burnig.. blood in urination could be due to ....Retained urine for a long time causing lot of urine collected in bladder causing bladder stress/ inflammation or infection of urinary bladder./ stone (oxilate)in bladder or urethra.
Contraceptive nexplanon is known to have irregular vaginal bleedings too.as a side effect.
*You need to get urine routine µscopic examination to confirm/exclude blood in urine.
*rest/drinking lot of water &voiding urine completely .. &in time /use of alkaline solutions over the counter may resolve the problem with neglegience to clear urine in time
*For urinary complaints not responding ...you should consult your physician for physical examination&needful investigations &treatment (antibiotics,alkaline mixtures... pain medicines for urinary tract or for stones.
