General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Your child symptoms seem to be related to a urinary tract infection. I suggest to do a urine test and a complete blood count for further evaluation. If the diagnosis is confirmed, the treatment consists in antibiotics. Meanwhile, I suggest giving liquids and Tylenol to relieve the symptoms.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
