What Causes Pain During Urination And Yellowish Discharge In Penis?

Hello, I washed my penis with head and shoulders shampoo and at first it was fine but next morning it was very painful when I urinated or when it was touched. That afternoon when I got home from school I took a shower when I pulled back my foreskin there was a lot of this white yellow discharge present underneath the foreskin. I tried to clean this out the best I could but some was stuck to the head and when I tried to rub it off it was very painful. It is now day 2 of pain and discharge as well as the head of my penis has red spots on it. It doesn t hurt as much when I urinate or when touched and discharge has slowed down but I am mainly concerned about the red spots and overall redness of my penis head. Will this go away?Basically will my penis go back to 100% the way it was with more time.

I really appreciate your concern, it is the chances of infection what the history is suggestive here and this needs to be ruled out and better get done the urine analysis and blood test till then drink more water condition may need clinical examination too hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
