What Causes Pain During Intercourse?

Hi i am a 26 years old woman marriedfor 1 and a half year and having pain during intercourse since first time. I went to a gynecologist 2 e mnths back and she prescribed me evalon and lignocaine gel. I am using lignocaine now. Penetration has become possible now but i am worried that will i be able to have sex without using it. And also i want to conceive, the gel wouldn t hinder that na??

Hi, i had gone through your query and understood your concerns.

Using the creams definitely help you in making intercourse more comfortable.
After a while your intercourse become painless even with out them. You can also try prolonging fore play so that lubricants are released which acts in place of lignocaine. Try that also.

When you are planning to conceive, stop using evalon cream, it may interfere.
