Been married for 13yr sex was not very often cos he was a lot older n was diabetic he couldn t perform so it was extremely limited we split in Feb 2011 and in August I met my now partner I see him evri other weekend sex is great but recently its become very painful during and after and I bleed I had a total hysterectomy 3yr ago wot could it be

Pain during intercourse could be due to many reasons in your case including vaginal muscle contraction, injury to vaginal wall during rough sex or injury to area where uterus wound was sutured. If the pain persists and is unbearable you should visit a gynaecologist to get yourself check for precise cause of your condition.
