Hello,

Pregnancy may cause constipation, and chances of development of hemorrhoids are high. Other possibilities like a fissure in the anus may cause blood in stools and pain during defecation. So avoid spicy food, eat high fiber diet and regular exercise. Use syrup cremaffin plus 30ml at night. If symptoms not improved, please consult your physician he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
