What Causes Pain During Bowel Movement With Blood In Stool?
I have bright red blood in my stool. It hurts every time I poop as if I am passing something sharp. Also there are small white grain sized lumps in the stool. I also felt a small sized lump inside my anus. I m really scared. I poop several times a day in moderately small amounts. It hurts every time.

This could be hemorrhoids of fissures and this need to be ruled out and for that it is important to get done the clinical examination, as long as the differential diagnosis is concern intestinal infection need to be ruled out too, unless know the underlying cause of this bleeding (Melena) nothing can be decided for treatment and medication, take care, have a nice day.
