What Causes Pain Due To Spermatocele After Stopping Cannabis Smoking?

Hi I have been recently diagnosed with spermatocele. I have also recently stopped smoking cannabis for a job. I've had the cyst for a few years, but until i stopped smoking there has been some uncomfortable feeling in that area unlike ever before. Was the cannabis possibly helping subdue the pain??

Cannabis is being evaluated as an effective pain drug. It likely operates both to distract people from pain and also to have some direct effect on pain perception.
