What Causes Pain Below Nipple?
Hi Doc My age is 54, 5ft 10 ins. and weight 78 kg. I am an active person with no serious illness. No smoking and drinking. My problem is a thumb size pain below my left nipple which comes anytime and lasts about a 30 seconds to a minute or so. Your views please

From history it seems that you might be having costo-chondritis giving this problem.
There might be having some heart ailment as well.
Go for EKG to rule out coronary insufficiency.
