What Causes Pain Below Navel, Severe Cramps And Clear Vaginal Discharge?

Hi, i have been feeling really weird lately. I had sex in April 15 and now I have strange feeling. My stomach has been hurting at the bottom, bellow my belly button and everything has been normal such as my periods but In wondering why I m cramping bad. I have this watery clear discharge then it turns to a yellowish clear(can be pee) I m really afraid that I might have clymedia and I m afraid of going to the doctor.

Hi,

You seem to have pelvic inflammation. Cause must be found out followed by specific treatment. You need not be afraid to consult a gynecologist. General and internal examination, needful investigations including USG pelvis, and culture of vaginal swab would pin point the cause and help to select effective treatment.
