What Causes Pain Below My Breast And Acid Reflux?

I have acid reflux so bad that I burp up water. My stomach has been hurting real bad right below my breast bone and in the center of my back. I've had all kinds of heart tests done and the only thing I've been told is I have an enlarged heart. What can be causing this reflux and pain? I quit smoking a year ago also. Thank you
