I was swimming in the ocean a day later I started having pain in the tip of my penis while urinating. I have drank lots of water and the pain has gotten less however now I notice small black dots that look like bruises forming on the head off my penis

Hello,

I will suggest you to keep these black dots under observation as they are related to inflamed sebaceous glands which are tiny structures normally found on penis. If they are bruises these can be secondary a minor injury. That will resolve over a few days time without any treatment. If situation worsens or you develop fever or body aches or urinary symptoms, you need to consult your local area doctor for physical examination and advise.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
