It could be only a sprain in the ligament or tendon and you need to give adequate rest along with medications for the injury to heal. You can take Tablet.Diclofenac with Paracetamol and Chloroxazone combination twice a day after foot for 5 days. Along with that take Tablet. Serratipopeptidase thrice a day after food for 3 days. Apply ice pack and Tropical anagesic gel on the affected area. You must give minimum of 1 week to 10 days rest to play again.
